WeWeX – Worldwide Workshop Experiment

The WeWeX programme offers youth above 18 years to work on a social project in collaboration with the Jesuits for a period of 6 months to a year.

The term "Experiment" has its roots in a term used by the Jesuits during their formation. Through a series of experiments, they are put in challenging situations and new contexts to discover who they are and where they should go.  It is a journey of discovery, in search of a personal identity and vocation in life.

To go out into the big wide-world, to communicate in a different language, to enter a different cultural lifestyle – is always an experiment.  It is always challenging to encounter something strange, unknown and untested.  And only in this way can we get to know new things, have new experiences, and broaden our horizons!
